It is one register holding every agent you have — the ones Yaapan wrote and the ones you built yourself — each as a single row. Open a row and you get that agent's own page: what it does, what it remembers, a rehearsal you can run before switching it on, who else can see it, and what has changed.

Advisory means it only tells you things and never acts for you. Supervised means it gets the action ready, then asks before doing it. Autonomous means it can finish safe, reversible things on its own. Tap the level on any agent's page and it explains itself — and you change it right there, in the same place.

Agents dealing with regulated actions are permanently advisory. The Rail Yatra agent never books tickets (Railways Act §143 — booking stays in the official IRCTC app) and the Share Market agent never trades. The lock reason is shown next to the disabled control.

The agent switch turns a staff member on or off for you. A capability is a specific skill the chat assistant may invoke (for example PDF Merge). A feature works only when both are enabled, and the Sharing tab shows them side by side. For an agent you built yourself there is no switch at all — a draft is published, which is a versioned act with a rehearsal behind it.

A small set of facts about you — name, state, income band, skills — that agents may read to personalize results. Each vault field lists exactly which agents use it, so you always know why a fact is being asked for.

Everything is saved in your browser's local storage instantly. If you sign in, it also syncs to your private Yaapan profile so the Telegram/WhatsApp bot and your other devices see the same settings.

Yes, when you sign in with Google. Changes made on another device are applied here in place with a small notification — the page never reloads on its own, and unsaved edits on this device are pushed up rather than overwritten.

The agent stops acting everywhere: chat commands answer that it is disabled, and its section drops out of your Morning Brief. Its configuration is kept, so re-enabling restores everything exactly as it was.

Every state has a link. /agents#agent/yatra_agent opens Rail Yatra, and /agents#agent/yatra_agent/rehearse opens its rehearsal room. Old links keep working, the browser back button walks between agents, and every tab is bookmarkable.
